Details:
- Retainer Service based on 4 hours a month minimum
- Retainer based customers get priority response
- Time exceeding set hours will be billed at the normal hourly rate of $70.00 per hour
- Hosted on the server of your choice
- No contracts. Month to month billing
- Credit Card Billing
Services Include:
- Text additions, changes, and adjustments
- Graphical changes (images added/modified)
- Documents & PDF’s uploaded
- Links added modified
- Additional pages/blog posts added
- Add and configure plugins for additional functionality
- Add/remove time-sensitive advertising, specials, notices, etc.
- Server uptime monitoring and Domain expiration monitoring
- WordPress core build, plugins, and theme* updated weekly
- Interface with the WordPress theme developer support personnel if required
- Your updates moved ahead of the standard hourly queue for faster response
- Client-specific requests
Website Maintenance does not cover the following:
- Rebuilding the Website structure
- Cost of new image licensing
- Cost of purchased or custom programs/scripts/plugins added to the site
Additional Info:
- We will send you an agreement to sign and send back to us.
- We will need to collect all of your Admin login credentials for WordPress and your hosting Control panel. (cPanel or Plesk)
